Council is committed to improving the way we communicate with you, our residents, ratepayers and business owners.

Currently we use various platforms including :

• Council community newsletter, printed and delivered by walkers to Benalla city mailboxes and posted to residents in surrounding towns and villages
• benalla.vic.gov.au
• social media, predominantly Facebook and Instagram
• media releases
• regular advertisements in the Benalla Ensign

We are increasingly told that we need to improve how we communicate relevant, up to date information and that the printed newsletter is not the most efficient or cost effective way.

We welcome your input, which will be invaluable feedback for us to incorporate into Council’s 2022 Communication Plan.
